Pastor Ron Jones was born in Augusta, Georgia on January 16, 1976. He was raised in North Augusta, South Carolina, where he accepted Christ in high school. Pastor Ron is married to his high school sweetheart, Celia, and has three children, Ron III, Emma, and Lily. He and his family currently live in the Augusta area.

Pastor Ron attended Clemson University where he became involved with Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU). Upon graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, he surrendered to God’s calling in his life and joined the staff of CRU to help bring the word of God to more college students. While living in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, he worked as Director of CRU at Wake Forest University. Pastor Ron earned his Master of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. In Augusta, he continues to share God’s word through The Hill Baptist Church and CRU at Augusta University.
